05:33: Oilers hem the Ducks in their zone and pile the pressure on but can’t light the lamp.

07:53: Gibson continues to stop EVERYTHING. Frustrating for the Oil, who are outshooting the Ducks 22-17.

10:06: McDavid breakaway but he pushes it wide of the post.

12:09: Kesler cleans up the garbage in front, backhanding a loose puck in past Talbot. | ANA 3, EDM 0

12:59: Kassian and Manson drop the gloves and start swingin! Kassian gets called for cross-checking too, so Oilers head to the PK.

13:08: Gibson covers a heavy shot. Oilers lead in SOG, 17-14.

17:37: 3-on-2 rush. Cam Fowler snipes it from the top of the circle. | ANA 2, EDM 0

18:37: Oilers and Ducks each get two-minute penalties. Oilers and Ducks playing some 4-on-4 hockey.

19:12: Oilers get a nice chance on a rush with Kassian and Draisaitl. Leon throws it on net and Kassian crashes but can’t beat Gibson.

19:40: The Oilers PK kills off the rest of the Pouliot penalty.
