2:57: Rieder gets tripped up by Brady Skjei to give the Oilers a late power play.

5:55: Rangers have extended time in the Oilers zone but some lucky bounces and solid play from Koskinen keeps the game tied.

9:00: Shots on goal now 27-15 for Edmonton.

11:46: Gagner gets called for slashing to put the visitors on the power play.

13:51: Oilers call a 30-second timeout with 1:11 remaining in the minor penalty.

14:40: The line of Khaira, Gagner and Nugent-Hopkins continues to put the pressure on and it pays off as Kevin Shattenkirk takes a slashing penalty to put the Oilers on the power play.

14:55: Khaira picks up the puck behind the Rangers net and drives to the front before backhanding it on goal. Georgiev comes up with a big stop to keep the game tied.

18:19: Kyle Brodziak fought Connor Brickley behind the Oilers net after Brickley caught Benning with an elbow. Brickley got two minutes for checking to the head and Brodziak got two for instigating.

18:27: Brett Howden chopped the puck off the stick of Tobi Rieder up and over the blocker of Koskinen to knot the game up at 2-2. | EDM 2, NYR 2
