14:30: POOL PARTY 🌊 🎉! Bouchard lets a perfect point shot go and Puljujarvi gets a piece of it to notch his second of the night! FIRST PERIOD
0.0: The Oilers attack in quick succession, scoring three goals in the span of around five minutes after the midway mark of the frame. McDavid and Barrie net two assists apiece, Draisaitl extends his point streak to eight games and Puljujarvi scores his first of the season! Shots are 10-4 Oilers, who will have 38 seconds of Yamamoto’s minor to kill when the middle stanza begins.
1:22: Yamamoto goes off for high sticking. Sens get their second power play of the period.
5:31: DRAT! Leon Draisaitl shows some deception by making it look like he’s going to pass but instead WHIPPING the puck far side on Hogberg from the right circle. 17:05: Connor McDavid gets early double shift treatment as he centres Kyle Turris and Alex Chiasson on the fourth line. Tyson Barrie registers the game’s first shot on goal with a knuckle puck from the blue.
