7:31: A collision between the benches draws a crowd and Patrick Russell is going off for charging. The task gets taller for the Condors with less than eight minutes left to mount a comeback.
11:58: THE CAPTAIN! Keegan Lowe gets his first of the playoffs and cuts into San Diego’s advantage, finishing off Gust’s shot that hit off Tyler Vesel’s stick before being shovelled in by the captain’s backhand. | SD 4, BAK 2
15:35: Bakersfield to the penalty kill as Benson’s nailed for cross-checking. Right off the draw, Tyler Vesel’s sent in on a breakaway but Glass comes up big again to deny the shortie.
20:00: Condors with work to do as we start this third period. Dotchin is in the box for an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty at the end of the previous period, giving the Condors the man advantage to begin the final 20 minutes.
0.0: Three goals from the Gulls in the second frame sees them take a 4-1 lead into the final period.
41.7: Gulls make quick work of the man advantage, increasing their lead to three just 14 seconds after Stanton’s penalty began via Kevin Roy in front. | SD 4, BAK 1
58.6: Rough stuff returns with less than a minute remaining in the second period. Malone drops the mitts with Welinski and needs only one swing before the pair hit the deck. Extra after the whistle goes to Stanton for the crosscheck, and it’s another Gulls powerplay.
4:28: Malone is hooked coming into the Gulls zone by Max Comtois and it’ll be a powerplay for the Condors.
7:21: Simon Benoit gets a good run on Esposito behind the net as the Condors forward challenged Glass behind goal, then rough stuff ensues. It’s going to end with the Condors needing to kill another penalty with Brad Malone going to the box for cross-checking.
8:37: Skinner comes up big by making the high save on a San Diego 2-on-1.
9:47: It’s been one-way traffic for the first half of the second period, with the Gulls scoring twice and outshooting the Condors 8-4 in the period.
14:53: Cracknell again. When you’re hot, you’re hot, and Cracknell wires his second of the game bar down to double San Diego’s lead. Starrett makes way in goal for Stuart Skinner for the second-straight game after giving up three goals on 11 shots. | SD 3, BAK 1

0.0: We’ve reached the end of the first period and we’re level at 1-1. Stanton gets the goal for the Condors, who will have 10 more seconds of Lagesson’s penalty to kill after the intermission.
1:50: Another Gulls PP coming up, with William Lagesson getting called for the trip in the defensive zone.
4:08: THE EQUALIZER! Ryan McLeod picks up the wayward feed from a Gulls defenceman in the offensive zone and delivers a perfect pass across circles to Ryan Stanton, who puts it past Glass for his second of the postseason. | BAK 1, SD 1
7:50: The puck takes a bad bounce off the boards behind Shane Starrett after Andy Welinski’s shot and trickles in over the line, with Adam Cracknell able to get the final touch for his fifth of the playoffs. An unfortunate bounce for the Condors, who fall behind by a goal. | SD 1, BAK 0
8:49: Ethan Bear gets a stick up on Kiefer Sherwood and the Condors are going to have to kill off another penalty.
10:30: Day with the immaculate feed to Benson waiting for the breakaway at the Gulls blue line, but Glass shuts the door. Condors with a 7-1 shot advantage halfway through the opening frame.
11:02: Two powerplays split between both sides in the opening nine minutes, but no goals. Jones is back out after the infraction.
13:07: Caleb Jones mishandles the puck at the Gulls blue line and has to take down the streaking forward. San Diego to the power play with Jones in the box for interference.
13:42: Condors Head Coach Jay Woodcroft and Captain Keegan Lowe preached a good start this morning during pre-game interviews, and that’s exactly what they got. Visitors outshooting San Diego 4-1 as we take our first time out.
15:48: OFF THE POST! Jeff Glass couldn’t see the d-man’s shot from the point, but the Gulls netminder gets bailed out by the iron.
17:47: Condors can’t cash in on the early man advantage. Teams back to full strength.
19:47: It’s a quick powerplay for the Condors as Keegan Lowe takes a stick up high from Corey Tropp on the Gulls dump in.
